SweetWater’s Menu changes seasonally, organic and local ingredients are used when possible. Supporting local business’s, and farms around the area. Delicious deserts that you will not find any where in San Miguel de Allende made exclusively at sweet water ( Gluten and dairy free available appetizers, main courses and desserts).

Exclusive sweet water creations: (Appetizers)

Fried salmon wonton:  Fresh salmon marinated in  a garlic and ginger soy, wrapped in a wonton and  pan-fried to perfection then laid on a bed of sauteed spinach with garlic.

Vacitos de pepino: Tender and sweet poached shrimp marinated in a home-made mexican style cortel sauce . Served with diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion, avocado and a squeeze of lime  served on a pepino vacito.

Appetizers

Cauliflower ceviche : diced cauliflower, tomatoes,cilantro,onion, then squeezed with lime and seasoned with sea salt  then layed  on a cucumber slice. avocado to garnish

Prosciutto and cantaloup bites: salty and delicious prosciutto filled  with sweet & juicy bite size cantaloup then wrapped and tied with a chive strand

Asian style chicken lettuce wraps:  sauteed diced chicken,  and  sauteed vegetables  in a special  homemade teriyaki sauce  layed on a crisp Romane leaf topped with fried tortilla strips.

Vietnamese style spicy fried chicken wings: wings fried to a crispy golden brown then dipped in a sweet spicy garlic sauce. (gluten-dairy free)

Quesadilla duo: A perfect combination of  sweet sliced pear, montery jack cheese, and a drizzle of honey in side a crispy flour tortilla. An assortment of roasted  vegetables mixed   with cheddar cheese in a crispy flour tortilla.

Cheese and fruit platter: A variety of delectable cheeses, fresh fruit and crackers to accompany

Bruchetta duo: fresh baguette sliced and grilled  then topped with diced tomatoes, garlic, and oregano, second bruchetta is grilled and sliced  then topped with a fresh guacamole and  seasoned grilled shrimp.

Stuffed cheese meatball with a side of home made marinara sauce: a mix of beef /pork  with fresh herbs, garlic , and onion meatball stuffed with fresh asadero cheese baked to a crispy, juicy perfection server with a homemade marinara sauce.  (gluten free)

Asian style dipped meatballs: Beef and pork marinated with soy and, garlic, scallions baked then dipped in a savory asian dipping sauce.

Guava and cheese empanadas: light, and flaky puff pastery dough filled with guava and cream cheese, Then drizzled with guava marmalade , mint and lavender.

Watermelon and fetta cheese skewers:  bite-sized watermelon layered with feta- cheese and fresh basil then drizzled with a balsamic reduction. ( gluten free)

Mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms: tiny button mushrooms stuffed garlic, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Then toasted to a golden brown perfection. (gluten free)

Caramelized red onion a goat cheese crostini: crispy baguette layered with goat cheese,  caramelized red onion, and balsamic vinegar

Main Course

Sweet water creation: Rustic style Mexican cusine at its best.

Carne estillo a tierra mojada: Chuncks of chuck beef  braised  for hours in a mix of smokey  chiles , tomatos, carrots, onions, garlic, then topped with melted cheese. Served  with a side of mexican style rice and flavorful and soft pinto beans. (Gluten free).

Main Course

Indonesian ginger garlic chicken: Chicken Thighs And legs marinated overnight in a  soy honey marinade. Accompanied with steamed white rice  and an Asian coleslaw drizzled with a peanut rice wine vinaigrette dressing

Whole roasted chicken that is marinated in a garlic herb olive oil, then roasted to a juicy perfection.  A roasted carrot and potato Mash, with a side of braised kale. (gluten  and dairy free)

Potato gnocchi with a pumpkin alfredo sauce:  home-made gnocchi tossed in a homemade  creamy pumpkin alfredo then sprinkled with fresh sage. Optional sage and brown butter sauce with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese

The taco trio: Sonora steak taco topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, chile verde then drizzled with sour cream. Second Baja spicy garlic shrimp taco topped with cabbage , and avocado. Third marinated chicken in a special asian spice marinade   grilled then topped with cheese, carrot, cucumber, cilantro and a drizzle of sour cream.

Marinated thai- style pork ribs with fresh  noodle salad: marinated  and basied pork ribs served with a fresh  noodle salad with romane, mint, cilantro, cucumber, carrots tossed in a Asian style vinaigrette.

Cold Thai noodle salad: spaghetti noodle mixed with a light spicy soy, ginger peanut sauce

Classic Cesar salad: Crisp romaine lettuce mixed with a homemade Cesar dressing then topped with a herb crusted cruton.

Asian coleslaw salad:  thinly sliced  red/ green cabbage, tossed with Julienne red bell peppers, shredded carrots, sliced green onions , and tossed in a peanut rice wine vinaigrette .

Fresh Orzo salad: perfectly cooked orzo pasta tossed with garbanzo beans, red onion, basil, mint, and ripe juicy tomatoes tossed with a red wine vinaigrette.

Kale salad: thinly sliced kale mixed with red/green cabbage, diced carrot and apple tossed with a tamarind vinaigrette then sprinkled with  cruncy pepitas. (gluten nd dairy free)

House salad: thinly sliced red, yellow, orange bell peppers Julienne apples and jicama with juicy sliced pear to accompany. Drizzled with a sweet and spicy Habanero dressing. (Gluten and dairy free)

The best ever Homemade  focaccia sandwich( with optional home made soup):  Homemade olive oil and herb infused focaccia bread layered with  your  of choice deli ham, turkey,  or chicken, tomatoes, mixed greens, onions, avocado and spread with a pesto mayo.
